SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped from our Head Office warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Please see below list for expected delivery dates.

Australia: 1-3 business days
New Zealand: 6-10 business days

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return your product, please follow the instructions in our returns process.

Refunds will be processed:

Within 24-48 hours of receipt where possible

Via the payment method you made the original purchase:

- Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution
- PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately
- Afterpay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you've got a few other items on your order, the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted off future payment instalments

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all overs over AUD$75 within Australia and New Zealand.

For all orders under AUD$75, a flat rate of AUD$10 for Australia and AUD$12 for New Zealand will apply for postage.

All orders within Australia are shipped with Express Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. You might be on our Australian site by mistake - easy fix!

ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order or I have received something different to what I ordered, what do I do?

Please Contact Us and we will get this sorted for you!

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days to report the issue.

Following inspection the item, Le Specs will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

What do I do if the Gift Card I bought hasn't arrived?

All of our gift cards are online e-gift cards only. Please check your email for your voucher or Contact Us if you need it to be re-issued.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder. It's possible that you entered an incorrect email address or there may have been a technical issue. If you still haven't received it, please contact Customer Care immediately for assistance.

Can I make a change to an existing order?

You can make changes to your order while you're still browsing. Simply go to your shopping cart and click "remove" next to any item you'd like to remove.

If you've already placed your order, don't worry - changes can still be made before dispatch, but only for a short time. Please contact Customer Care immediately for assistance.

Please note: Our office is closed on public holidays. Orders will be dispatched on the next business day, and any inquiries will be prioritized and addressed after this period. We appreciate your patience.

After your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your gift card details. This may take up to 24 hours. If you don't see it, check your junk or spam folders. If you still can't find it, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We keep our product selection updated, so it’s rare to purchase something that’s out of stock. However, during high demand periods, this can occasionally happen. If there’s an issue with your order, our Customer Care team will contact you with a solution.

How can I search to find products on the website?

Know the name of the style you're looking for? Just use the search magnifying tool in the top bar of our website. If you have a picture but not the name, send it to our Customer Care team or send us a DM on Instagram @lespecs and we'll help you track it down!

Are Le Specs sunglasses suitable for prescription?

Le Specs RX handmade and optical ranges are perfect for prescription. All other ranges are not suitable. Should you have questions about specific styles, please contact Customer Care.

My discount did not apply, what do I do?

If you have added your discount at check out above the confirm & pay button and the discount did not apply, please check there are no error messages. If you are receiving a message that the discount is not valid, then the items in your cart may not be eligible for the discount. Please Contact Us if you have any further questions.
