Le Specs is committed to customer satisfaction – If you are not 100% happy with your online order, we will happily accept your return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items marked with 'FINAL SALE ONLY' on the item product page can not be returned for refund, unless faulty.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Funds can take up to 5 business days to receive depending on your banking institution. You will receive confirmation by email when your return is completed.

AUSTRALIA FREE RETURNS - RETURNING AN ONLINE ORDER

STEP 1

Visit our Returns Portal and enter the email address used to place your order and complete the fields to submit your return. Once submitted, you’ll be emailed your unique barcode.

STEP 2

Print your label at home and lodge your return in a Street Posting box OR take your return and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location.

STEP 3

You’ll be emailed tracking details so you can check on the progress of your return back to our warehouse.

  • Ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Street Posting Box, or selected retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies. If you believe your product to be faulty, please visit our Contact Us page prior to returning your items. Please note, Le Specs has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer, or if the item is not eligible for return e.g. final sale items. We will then post the item back to you at your own cost.

Download, fill out and include our Returns Form in your parcel.

STEP 2

Take your parcel to the nearest post office to ship back to the below address at your cost.

STEP 3

You’ll be notified once we have processed your refund.

  • Ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Choose to ship back your return with any trackable postage service. Le Specs is not responsible for any lost in transit untracked return parcels. If you believe your product to be faulty, please visit our Contact Us page prior to returning your items. Please note, Le Specs has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer, or if the item is not eligible for return e.g. final sale items. We will then post the item back to you at your own cost. Pack all items with your return form in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

RETURNING AN ITEM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from one of our stockists, please refer to their instore return policy to process your return.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received at the Le Specs Distribution Centre. Returns will be processed within 5 business days from delivery date at our distribution centre; this may vary during busy periods.
  • For security reasons we only refund using the original payment method. Once your return has been processed you will receive another email showing your refunded amount has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to appear in your account. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is deemed to be faulty.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days to report the issue.

Following inspection of the item, Le Specs will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

FAULTY PRODUCTS AND WARRANTIES

Manufacturer’s warranties come with all products. All our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.

The details of the warranty period are details on the warranty card or in the instruction booklet. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or nose piece and frame deterioration.

Any alternations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, the sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
