Christmas 2026 Shipping Cut-Off Dates
To give your order the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:
- Australia - Express Shipping: Monday 21 December
- Western Australia & Northern Territory - Express Shipping: Friday 18 December
- New Zealand - Standard Shipping: Monday 14 December
Please note that these dates are recommendations only and do not guarantee delivery before Christmas. Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We offer free shipping on all orders over A$75 to Australia and New Zealand, shipping from our Sydney warehouse.
For orders under A$75, a flat rate shipping fee of A$10 applies for Australia and A$12 for New Zealand.
The free shipping threshold is based on your order total after any discounts or promo codes are applied. If a discount brings your order under A$75, the flat rate shipping fee will apply.
Australian orders are shipped via Auspost Express with Authority to Leave, requiring no signature. If it's unsafe to leave your item, it will be redirected to your local post office.
New Zealand orders are shipped with DHL Post/Ecommerce and are then transferred to Aramex for final delivery.
