I just received my third pair of Le Specs and decided to try the BAMBOOZLER. I had placed an order back in August and it got lost in shipping. My 2 previous pairs had arrived in a week or 2 so I decided to contact customer service. Heather from the Le Specs team was helpful, supportive and responded within 3 business days each time. She contacted DHL herself and when the shipment was labeled as “lost”, she offered me a refund or replacement. When I chose to have another pair sent to me, she was efficient and I received it exactly one week later. The sunglasses themselves are beautiful and will become a staple.
